Yokomo YR-4

YR-4 in box stock condition.

A lot of different - and quite sophisticated - versions followed.

First upgrade kit available was a carbon fibre saddle pack chassis and upper plate.

Later on the famous "suspension" upper plate followed - a small damper allowed for limited flex of chassis and was said to give better handling.

Now there are numerous versions available - don't have them all, so can't show them all...

The low-down antenna shown in the photograph didn't allow sufficient control during racing. A standard antenna mounted in an upright position is now in use.
